I received free samples of SPLENDA® Naturals Sugar & Stevia Blend mentioned in this post. By posting this recipe I am entering a recipe contest sponsored by SPLENDA® Sweeteners and am eligible to win prizes associated with the contest. I was not compensated for my time.

Our family spends pretty much any long weekend over the summer in Sanibel. Lot of beach and pool time, BBQing, and ice cream. My sister-in-law has also come accustomed to me making and photographing some type of treat during our weekends away.

The latest on the menu was this skillet apple crumble. Apple crumble is typically a dessert we save for Thanksgiving, but why not bring out an easier version with slightly less calories when you feel like indulging throughout the year?

This Splenda Naturals Sugar & Stevia Blend is made with two ingredients: stevia and cane sugar. It gives your recipe the perfect amount of sweetness without tasting fake or overly sweet.

The family was a big fan of this skillet apple crumble, it's warm cinnamon apple base, and sugary crumble on top. Served with cold vanilla ice cream on top (as all crumbles should be), it was the perfect post-dinner treat without being loaded down with extra sugar.
